Applying Kanban in Practice
Kanban means “signal card” in Japanese. These signal cards are used on a Kanban board to make work visible.
Only when we see what we are doing can we identify bottlenecks and improve our work.
In this workshop I support a group, a team or a management team in building a Kanban board to visualize agile approaches to achieving great outcomes for their work.
By the end of the workshop, the team has its first Kanban board with which it can visualize and manage its daily work, and opportunities for improvement can be seen and implemented.
