Organisational Development for the VUCA World

Volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous. We need first to understand the VUCA characteristics of our world today in order to be able deal with them successfully.

In this series of courses, we give your transformation agents and moderators, as well as your managers and teams insights into the VUCA world that will provide them a sense of understanding and direction on the path of their transformation. We show you the tools of the trade for transformation, from OKRs to digital whiteboards and Kanban, to anchor the transformation in living processes and structures.

We train the moderation and communication skills that are required for colleagues in general and transformation teams in particular who work to support the transformation processes.

Above all, we practice deeper self-reflection with one another in order to give people support and orientation in their learning process and to strengthen them in their coaching and facilitation roles and transformation agents.
